ZOVOR Exchange & Return Policy

At ZOVOR, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product with a size issue, manufacturing defect, or a wrong item, we are happy to offer an exchange.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are available for:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong product delivered

Return & Refund Policy

• We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind, color preference, style preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer.
• Refunds will only be considered if a replacement or exchange is not possible for a verified damaged or defective product.

Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Order Number
• Product Photos (if applicable)
• Reason for Exchange
